Meet Patricia Kendall
Family Nurse Practitioner-

Patricia has practiced as a registered nurse for over 30 years and currently practices as a nurse practitioner (NP). She graduated from The University of Rochester School of Nursing in 2005 with a master's degree in Family Health-Nurse Practitioner Program. Patricia practices integrative wellness combining her learned western education and mind, body health to assist patients to live more vibrant lives. Restorative medicine is the new wellness paradigm. Patricia is a Reiki Master and performs hands on & remote distance energy healing. She is a certified Beyond Quantum Hypnosis (BQH) Practitioner, which focuses on past life regression wellness to assist people to live their best lives and to understand & to break old habits and fears. Patricia works with patients & clients incorporating mind, body and spiritual health. Patricia provides hormone health to women and to men through telehealth visits along with vitamin/mineral assessments for individualized client treatment plans. Patricia enables patients to learn about and benefit from natural plant medicines as wellness. Patricia has developed her own unique form of meditative relaxation hypnosis called Quantum Meditative Hypnosis (QMH), which is utilized for acute pain, anxiety/depression, pre and post operative procedures, cancer care, hospice & palliative care and chronic pain management. Patricia is currently participating in the NYS Medical Marijuana Program. She also offers a monthly cannabis prescriptive certification program through Wabi-Sabi-Wellness. Why Wabi-Sabi Wellness was Created
This business was patient generated with a nurse practitioner heart centered focus. In previous offices, patients would come to see me for health concerns but wanted to talk about what was hurting their hearts, minds and spirits, which caused so much physical illness, anxiety, depression and suffering. I would often hear that I took too long with patients and to avoid doing such long visits. When I had the opportunity to create what I wanted to develop for the people, I ran with it.
Wabi-Sabi Wellness focuses on holistic wellness while incorporating mind, body, spiritual & emotional balance for the human experience. Integration of energy health & sound therapy with western modalities for chronic health conditions and emotional wellness is our main focus.
We strive to bring energetic balance back to the mind and body for optimal wellness to those seeking holistic & spiritual health, in this modern world.
